First Call Out Fitness provides customized coaching solutions tailored to a wide range of health and fitness challenges.

Many of our clients finally work with us after years of struggling to find answers under the care of doctors, dietitians, and naturopaths. What makes our approach unique is avoiding a siloed problem, meet solution mindset which often occurs in medical or fitness coaching settings.

We will perform a deep dive into your health and fitness history, taking note of what has worked and what has not. We will start with a clean slate to build you from the ground up and deliver results immediately.

Solutions must be considered in regard to client resources, skillset, and readiness - what works now may not work later, and what worked before may not continue to yield results now. Constant monitoring and reconsideration is how we guarantee results.

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal (GI) issues are very common - bloating, gas, stomach distension, constipation, diarrhea, acid reflux, etc.

Resolving GI issues is rooted in nutrition and an analysis of the client’s environment, as many factors can contribute to nutrient or bacterial imbalances which in turn lead to symptoms.

Many clients we work with have been through several GI specialists or holistic practitioners and are exhausted with cleanses, detoxes, endless supplement protocols and repeat testing.

Yes - sometimes testing and supplements are necessary, but our approach is to always keep things simple if possible and adjust coaching remedies based on your feedback. Our clients often see results within the first week of coaching.

Women’s Health

Many of our female clients coach with us to resolve or improve health conditions like heavy or irregular cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS/PMDD, hypothyroid, acne, etc.

While coaching is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health conditions, there is a lot of power behind a healthy diet and exercise program which can have a dramatic effect on the improvement of symptoms.

Our female clients work with us to feel seen, heard, and supported - being able to ask questions and receive unbiased education to become their own advocates, more empowered to have productive discussions with their doctors.

We will work with you to design a program and approach that won’t require hours in the gym or following strict diets. You can enjoy holidays, vacations, travel, and meals with family and friends. It’s not about perfection - it’s about sustainability.

General Weight Loss

Weight loss is simple - it’s all about calories in vs. calories out, right? Where it gets complex is understanding the multitude of physical, mental, and emotional drivers behind why weight was gained in the first place, and how these same drivers may be blocking efforts to “eat less and exercise more”.

Losing body fat is different for men vs. women. It’s a lot harder when you’re older and have children, a demanding job, or other responsibilities.

Maybe you travel a lot for work. Maybe you have an injury. Maybe you hate cooking or simply don’t know how. Maybe you can’t go to a gym and are limited to working out at home. Maybe you have other health limitations that prevent you from being able to engage in diet and exercise, such as high or low blood pressure, insulin resistance, or digestive issues.

No matter what your current obstacles are, we can help you find a way around them or help you eliminate them.

All of our clients lose weight and we have a 100% success rate in driving weight loss at a rate between 0.5 - 2 lbs per week.

Competition Prep

 

Whether it’s your first show or if you’re going for your pro card, we provide an unparalleled level of communication and support. If you would like us to be with you on show day, we can do that too.

Your first prep and first prep coaching experience can really set the tone for your career as a physique competitor. Too many are taught the wrong things and it sticks and becomes very hard to unlearn down the line.

Our approaches are rooted first and foremost in your health. It’s not about posting a win or a great transformation. If you are an enhanced competitor, we will run lab work and have a discussion as to what you’re willing and open to do.

We work with both natural and enhanced competitors across all male and female categories, within all organizations, although most of our competitors choose to do shows sanctioned by the IFBB, NPC, WNBF, and OCB.
